Bath Rd, Bristol

The site aquired with vacant posession, where it was once used as a bank. Planning was submitted to divide the upper floors from the ground floor retail, with the overall objective of creating a high quality mixed use property in a busy area of Bristol.

Where it began.

The property sits on a site of 0.26 acres with the building totalling 2,963 Sq ft across two floors. The ground floor was used as a bank and the upper parts consisted of office space and staff breakout areas.

Design & Planning.

The site was acquired without planning permission, however, we had an A++ retail tenant lined up to take the commercial parts. The upper parts were converted into 2x two-bedroom flats. Planning was granted first time of asking and work commenced right away.

Successful Construction.

The project was successfully completed in 2 months and handed over to the new commercial tenants on time. The two flats were let immediatley. Overall the project was a resounding success.
