Overnhill Road, Downend,

Bristol. Co-Living

This site was acquired as a dilapidated HMO scheme in need of serious updating, including a full back-to-brick refurbishment, rewire, and replum. The end result is a beautiful co-living scheme consisting of 2 x 9 bedroom homes.

Where it began.

The property was in complete disrepair with outstanding enforcement notices pending. The site consisted of two large victorian properties which had been ‘joined’ together to create a huge 20-bedroom HMO of very poor quality.

The Plan

We knew we had to create a beautiful place to live, with plenty of natural light, and create a space to live a healthy, happy life. We removed and replaced every roof, took every wall back to brick, replaced every window, and installed state-of-the-art heating and electrics.

The Result

A stunning place to live, relax, and be with friends. Professionally designed, meticulously fitted out and ready for life.
